I (Roelf Woldring) have coached many people- both direct reports and client staff. I have hired ‘business coaches’ for top performers and for individuals needing ‘redemptive support’ to bring their performance in line with what was required.

I followed up on ‘back on-the-job’ effectiveness of these coaching relationships using systematic, qualitative social science research techniques.

I have turned what I learned from all of this experience into this ‘How to Choose An Effective Business Coach” Framework.
