What is this about?

Thank you for participating in the Making Decisions Self Insight and Productivity Increase coaching process. Our joint goal is to give you insight into the decision making behaviors you regularly use at work. Based on this, we will explore how you can use these insights to increase the effectiveness of your interaction with the people with whom you work.

What will you do?

Any question with a red star beside it is required. -You will need to provide an answer to it.

You can use the Save and Resume Later at the bottom of the screen to pause your responses. Follow the instructions carefully. Make sure that you keep track of the URL link you will need to resume your progress.

Use the Next button at the bottom of the screen to move from screen to screen. Use the Submit button on the last screen (at bottom) to send your responses to The Right Talent.

Use the Top Button when you need to quickly scoll to the top of a screen.

What will you be asked?

You will be asked a few short "Who are you? type questions, followed by 25 short business scenarios. At tne end, you will be asked a few questions about how responding went for you.

In each of these scenarios, you will be asked to choose 1 of 2 ways in which you could respond if you were in this situation.

Pick the one which is MOST LIKE you!

Go with your first sense of your most likely response. It is the best choice, since there are no RIGHT or WRONG answers, only ones which best describe how you would behave.

What happens once you are done?

Once your results have been compiled, you well receive an e-mail aksing you to schedule and confirm a Zoom based coaching session with Roelf to dialogue about your results.

During it, Roelf and you will talk about you can use these insights to improve your productiviity at work.

You may find that your new insights are also useful in the personal and social parts of your life.

Concerns About Privacy

The information that we collect will be kept private and only used for two purposes.

First, to work with you in a personal or team coaching session.

Second, to be added ANONYMOUSLY to our research database.

When we add data to that datab ase, we TAKE OUT ALL PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION information. We only use the remaining data to improve our coaching and professional development course offerings.

You may of course choose to share your insights with your work mates and others in your life.
