Performance Drivers One by One

An extensive review of a number of widely used recruiting tools (e.g. psychometric instruments, ability tests and so on), done by a panel of very experienced recruiters (thousands of recruiting assignments over the years) created a working set of 13 Performance Drivers. By identifying the core 5 to 7 PDs that lead to 80% of the performance in an open role, recruiters can assess where how candidates exhibit these performance drivers during the recruitment process. Then, recruiters can make useful predictions about how candidates are likely to perform in the open role.
