Social paradigms drive our thinking in ways that we don’t often recognize. The university education model dominates our thinking about corporate skill training, largely because so many of us have experienced it. But this paradigm does not really meet the needs of corporate training. It is time to build a better paradigm to guide our thinking about how corporate training needs to work.
