AI is just another technology. Its implementation is about to break out, after decades of being something that only innovators and early adopters focused on.

I have been involved with AI as an IT leader for decades. I find much of the dialogue on the Internet about AI and its coming impact to be based on misunderstandings of the technology.

People always find it easy to speculate about something that is popular that they don’t know in depth from experience with it. But experience with a technology gives you a deeper basis on which to project its future potential and use.
